The Chernihiv Nuclear Plant in the northern region of my country has had a meltdown during the starting procedures. I am afraid due to poor manufacturing as well as an inherent design flaw the reactor rods became exposed at 9:34 A.M. All of our efforts have failed to contain this catastrophe as we are ill equipped to handle nuclear related incidents. I Prime Minister Marko Ramius humbly ask for aid in this incident.
