I need a Region.

Criteria:

10-20 likeable nations w/ similar Ideals and/or interests(Rocky movies, Star Trek).
Reasonable or no delegate.
Protection
Cool offsite stuff.
Regions with more than 100 nations need not apply.

Exeptions can be made to any of the above in favor of the 4th one.

Wow. Very demanding for a new nation.

Exactly the kind of thing not tolerated in the region I am in. Huzzah. Plus we don't meet the last request.

The 5th is the only requirement. The rest are just bonuses.
