The Xanthalian government is granting a limited opportunity for five nations to send representatives to observe its workings. Only one person may be sent by each nation. The tour will include all important government rooms and buildings in the Xanthalian capital of New Krytan, and an 'extra' tour of the city itself will be given to those who want to take it after the official tour.
OOC note 1: This RP is to be non-violent. Period. You will miraculously cease to exist if you try it.
