Um, Leland, when you write it that way it looks more than a bit like spam.
You might want to change it to something like "I'm looking for new members for my Celtic themed region."
You might also want to tell them a bit about yourself.
the new region larune is a liberal strong environmentaly minded celtic area with no password entrance

When you reach four UN nations I'll see about the ZF allying with you. (I'll have to Clear it with CG, Raster, and Adrien (and Lamentus when he gets back) first though.

ZF is My region "Zhaucauozian Friendship", but it is a pain in the politician to spell out.
