The Polizei stalked the streets. Highly poised, and heavily armed, they had a mission.

They broke into the building. The man looked up from his tea. "Do you have a warran-urk!" One of the Judicial Officers had grabbed his neck.

"Ralph Hennessy, you are hereby charged with the heinous crime of selling illegal substances. The punishment is death."

5 Polizei spread out and tore the house apart. They found what they were looking for. "Half a ton of Soma. Mr. Hennesy, you have landed yourself in trouble."

"You won't hurt me! I have connections! Powerful connectio..." One of the officers tossed something onto the table. It was a head.

"We've met him. You are our next stop, foriegner."

There was the sound of thunder.

This is a recent report of a drug dealer suffering his punishment.

You put them in a chair with a table full of thier drug of choice on it. Everytme they reach for it you beat them until they pass out.

I think that spliff should be legal. Heroin should also be available to those who are clean of other drugs.

Other drugs shoudl remain banned with strict penalties for dealing.

Ralph Hennessy, the person being charged by the Roanian government, is also wanted in Liverpool England for attempted murder of a policeman and drug abuse. We kindly request the Roanian government to extradite him to Liverpool England. What we are proposing is for him to serve his charges in Liverpool England (15 years for AM, 16 for DA, total 31 years), before he is re-extradited back to Roania where he will face Roanian charges. If Roania decides to kill him, he cannot face LE charges, and by Liverpool England Constitution, his innocent family must pay the price.

We seem to be in a pickle, then. Roanian law says clearly that a criminal caught in the act is to be killed by the Polizei or Inquisitors.

There is very little left of Mr. Hennesey, and his business contacts are also being rounded up for reprogramming.

We have also dispatched assassins to deal with his family.

If that is not approved of, we shall recall them.

If Mr Hennessy cannot be extradited, his family under Liverpool England law must pay the price. All their assets would go to the Government , but in this case, since he was caught in Roania, we shall give them 70% of anything seized.

IC: The Liverpool England Government has given Roania full rights to do anything to Mr. Hennessy's family. Under LE law, they are now Wanted Criminals as Mr Hennessy could not be extradited to face his charges. Minister for Crime, Law, Order Olivier Gosed will be flying to Roania to meet with the Baron.

OOC: No, if this becomes an RP 'officially' we'll have all sorts of people trapsing in here. Let's keep this quiet.

IC: Baron Stryke awaits the minister cheerfully in the Palace of the Council.

The Minister has arrived in Roania with fifteen passengers of unknown nationality who tried to bring Soma into Liverpool England from Roania. The Minister has brought them to meet the Baron. Olivier tells Baron Stryke, "Hello. Nice to finally meet you in person. Olivier Gosed, Minister for Law of Liverpool England. I have here 15 people who tried to smuggle Soma into LE. From Roania."

"Was that really neccessary, Charles." Olivier is speaking in a very calm tone, monotonous to be exact. "We do not know their nationalities. Their Governments......" His voice trails off.

"Can go hang. I am in charge of security in Roania. I am the law. If their governments want to explain why they were importing drugs, then they may. I am not the Minister for Foriegn Affairs. Nor am I the Prince." He snaps his fingers. Everyone clears the way. "The maglev is this way, Oliver."

"It's French, it's Olivier, with an I!" Olivier snaps, albeit jokingly. "Ah. Very hi-tech. A maglev. Well, let's be off, shall we?"

"It is the Palace of the Council and residence of the Prince. It has always been here. I do not know its history." Charles idly stroked a passing wombat. "Since Rachel's return, dozens of these creatures are in here." He muttered. "I'm sure the Prince would like to meet you, but as I am the minister in charge of Judicial matters, it is my business. I have a proposal to make."

"You have my full attention, Charles. Go on."

"What is the major producer of Soma?"

"What is the major producer of Soma? I am not totally certain I know that. Is there any reason at all that this should be known, Charles? And would the Prince mind if we went inside to continue this talk?"

"Come, follow." Charles enters, stepping past a pair of guard Dire Wolves. "All of our intelligence points to an organisation known as Brave New Ford World."

"I believe I have heard of this organization. Unfortunately, however, I am very afraid I do not have enough information about them."

"We believe we have its location. And the Prince wants us to attack and destroy it."

"I do. But that wasn't torture." Charles activated a fingerprint scanner and a wall slid aside. They walked down miles of stairs until they reached an age-old door. It opened. "This... is torture."

It was a scene from the Halls of the Dead. Hundreds of people were being worked on enthusiastically by Inquisitorial torturers. Machines illegal in all civilised nations were employed here, miles below the Earth's surface.
